Self-service or assisted service is chosen depending on the nature of the task. Our staff are happy to advise on the most suitable production method.

Self-service copying
For smaller quantities (A4/A3), copying can be done via the glass plate or document feeder on three smaller copiers that are easy to use and do not require special settings. Suitable for both black & white and color copying. The machines are stocked as standard with 80 gsm A4 and 90 gsm A3 MultiCopy paper.

High-volume copying
Larger jobs—such as many originals, multiple sets, or a combination—are produced on two high-speed machines and require staff assistance.

Finishing options
Finishing services such as corner stapling, folding, covers, spine stapling, gluing, and trimming are available, but require assistance and must be arranged with staff.

A wide selection of colored and tinted paper is available, ideal for invitations, song sheets, and more.

Copy cards offer great value if you regularly need copying without large volumes each time. The card works like a travel card—it is prepaid and marked off as you use it. It can be used for both color and black & white copying.

Self-printing is available from your PDF file via a USB stick or from your own email, which can be accessed on two PCs connected to black & white/color printers with 80 gsm A4 and 90 gsm A3 MultiCopy paper.

Text documents (e.g. Word files) should always be saved as PDF on your own computer before printing on external equipment. This locks the layout and prevents text from shifting.

A third machine is dedicated exclusively to copying, either from the glass plate or document feeder.

​

Scanning to your email or a USB stick is handled by staff.

Large-format printing—for example, architectural drawings—is available from rolls up to 84 cm in width, in both black & white and color.

​

Binding of reports is available in many variations.
